MSc course · BMME187 · 2022–2025
An RSM elective for MSc Innovation Management and Business Information Management. Students move from Web3 foundations and blockchain governance to DAOs, autonomous AI, and the metaverse—then apply those ideas to organizational design and value creation. I developed the syllabus and assessment. The course used the title Managing Innovation in the Web3 Era before its 2025 iteration.
Course design

Structured arguments, rebuttals, cross-examination, and audience questions turn contested technology choices into a practice of judgment.
Students build a personal AI agent, document how it learns their decision values, and reflect on autonomy, competence, and organizational design.
MSc supervision
I supervise RSM master’s research, including work on decentralized autonomous agents and organizations. Quantitative and qualitative projects follow the same principle: make the reasoning visible early enough to improve it.
Topics sit at the intersection of emerging technology, strategy, governance, and organizational design.
Frame — common ground, complication, concern, and research question.
Design — contribution, theory, hypotheses or phenomenon, methods, and data.
Test — analysis, interpretation, robustness, and alternative explanations.
Write — conclusions, contribution, limitations, and a coherent final argument.
