Students build a personal AI agent, document how it learns their decision values, and reflect on autonomy, competence, and organizational design.
MSc supervision
Quantitative and qualitative research on emerging technology, strategy, governance, and organizational design, including decentralized autonomous agents and organizations.
Working through a thesis
- Frame. Establish common ground, the complication, and a research question.
- Design. Connect the contribution and theory to methods and data.
- Test. Examine interpretation, robustness, and alternative explanations.
- Write. Make the argument, findings, and limitations clear.
